Are you working with a Realtor or trying to sell on your own. If the latter is true, get a Realtor to assist you. If you have a Realtor, and the general market in your area is selling, ask your Realtor to put together their Marketing Plan in writing to try to see what is going on instead of simply lowering the price. The price may be right but if people aren't seeing the house, you have another problem.
