We have found a beautiful waterfront property with guest house, garage ,etc. in mint condition .Only problem is location .It is 20 mins to school , groceries and town of Geraldton .Major shopping is in ThunderBay 3 hrs. away .Worried about resale as owners now are having difficulty selling and yet we love it .Just worried about resale as there is little work there but good for tourism and possible rental income through guesthouse .House is only 145.000 and 14 yrs old and in great shape - beautiful waterfront .So torn and worried about resale .What would you suggest?
