I am pre qualified, with bid in. The listing realtor is dragging their feet (5 days so far, with daily, minor, changes to bid) with no confirmation the offer has been delivered to seller. I suspect listing agent looking to not split a commission or perhaps the offer came too soon after listing (3rd day). What are the obligations of the listing agent and seller to respond in timely manner?
