I don't have enough money put aside for a down payment, but I can afford to pay a mortgage. What should I do?

Try contacting your local housing authority. They may have a program structured for a no-down-payment or a low-down-payment loan. If you qualify for the loan program, you'll be able to start shopping for your new home.

When it comes down to 100% financing you need to have a credit score of 680 min or CMHC or GE will not except the application. If you don;t have a score that high on your credit then look at getting a line of credit that you can use to pay the down payment. You should speak with a good mortgage rep who can work all this out for you since they are able to crunch number very well and give the the best answer<> Jeff Mayer Home Loans Canada 416 636-8693

100% financing is available to people with less than a 680 score. More details are required to submit a proper answer to this question.

Adam, if you would like a customized plan and analysis, email me at [email protected].
