We had a buyer for our Oregon home....she backed out 12 days before closing. She will not sign the earnest money over to us for some reason we are not aware. Isn't she required to sign over the earnest money especially since she did not try to gain any other financing? What do we do if she continues to refuse to sign? Thanks for your reply....
