Im interested in knowing the following. I plan to sell my
home in 5 Years from now.
I have ceramic tiles in the kitchen, Livingroom and upstairs bedroom. I had this for five years now. As you know there is always wear and tare and althoigh you cant see
unless you look very closely
there superficial scratches.
Will this affect the value ?
Thesea re the glossy types.Or are these areas exempt and including countertops.

It has recently been reported that they are not in violation. Agents have 10 days to respond.

I'm a former insider of isoldmyhouse.com, having worked as a loan originator for their "sister" (parent) company, East West Mortgage. I would be interested to see the final outcome. I know the mortgage company was bought out by a regional giant, Commerce Bank. I also know they were under the scrutinous watch of the powers that be for HMDA and other violations.

They have not been acting as a realtor. New ownership etc... No link to east West Mortgage what so ever. If you want more info contact Owen at 508-281-7450
