I'm wondering if real estate in the San Diego area is still on the rise or is now the time to sell. Is real estate in San Diego peaked or are home prices going to rise more?

I would consult a local Realtor as they have access to listings that are not open to the public via the simple internet search. Not everything that is listed on the MLS is open to view on the simple MLS search engines on just about every realtor site. You can also ask that same Realtor if he knows of the Broker in the area that handles REO's for Chase. Good Luck!
