My home has been on the market for a month. After reading the article on the best time to sale a home, would it be prudent to take it off the market until January or February. I really need it sold by April or leave it on the market and pray for the best?

That depends on more factors. Feel free to visit my website at www.fredtomaro.com and select Qualify Me. I will be in contact with you within 24hrs of submitting. Everyone deserves the opportunity of owning a home, why not you!

For the most part income is not the problem because your credit profile and how well you pay your rent determines the affordability of a home. There are many loan products on the market that will keep payments very low in some cases lower than going rate for rent. I would suggest as a mortgage broker you review your credit history and examine if you have been late within the last 12 months. Ask yourself these questions do you have any judgments, foreclosures, collections or did you car get repossessed any number of these things can affect your credit. If you want I can prequalify you based on your credit and rental history. If there are problems on the report or inaccurate information I can help you correct them and improve your credit standing to make sure you have the best home loans available to you. Email [email protected] I can send the contact information for my mortgage brokerage company
