As a homeowner, I am recently concerned about plans to build a Memorial Garden close to my house. Any professionals out there know how much it could potentially harm the resale value of my home?

We have "fired" our real estate agent. Most realtors will release you from the contract that you signed if you are unhappy. Also, I heard that these particular contracts are not binding, at least in Michigan. Hope that helps.
