Your resale value might be effected quite substantially. If your house is the nicest in the neighborhood, most people who tend to buy in that neighborhood might not be able to afford to buy your house. |

It really depends on the area. If there is a nice trailer park across the street and the rest of the neighborhood is full of houses like yours your resale value might not be affected too much. Check the sale prices of houses recently sold in the area to see for yourself. |
