I live in a big city and am looking for some information on how to sell my condo. I'm looking for price comparisons and some listings in my area to get an idea. Can you help?

First: you should start reading the real estate section of your local newspaper (or papers)every week. Second: go to your local city hall. Usually there you will have access to documents that will indicate how much condos in you area have sold for.

Check to see if there are any realtors in your area that will come and look at your place to give you an idea of how much you should be asking.

Start out looking in the paper and going to open houses in your area to look at how other condos are priced. After you have done this you should think about having an appraisal done so that you have an idea of what your asking price should be.
