Depending on your state, if the Realtor showed you the property anytime before the agreement expired, the answer could be that whether or not you use them, they still may be entitled to a commission. Have your attorney review your agreement for a more precise response.
No matter who is selling the property (Realtor or FSBO), you should always have either a Licensed Real Estate Agent and/or Attorney represent you in the transaction to protect your interests. Good Luck!
