I have purchased your lockboxdb program. Every time I open the program it tells me that a database with the same version number (1.09) already exists. Do you want to replace it? When I hit "replace" all, I can then use the program, but if I exit out and then go in it again, I get the same message. How can I stop this?

Yes, in most states, it is legal for the Seller to advise another potential Buyer of their offers so long as everyone is aware that there are several entities with offers submitted and under negotiations. Of course, I am not an attorney and a few states are different in their laws, so please be sure to consult the advise of an attorney as to your legal stance. I hope you are using a ReaL Estate Agent licensed in your area as they too should be familiar with the laws governing ReaL Estate transactions.
