I recently signed an agreement w/ a buying agent to assist in finding a home. The agent did not meet my expectations so I contacted an agent from a different company. I have not signed an agreement yet with the new agent and have communicated in writing that I would like to terminate the original agreement. I have now found a home that I would like to bid on w/ the new agent. What are the legal implications of bidding on the home using the new agent?
