we are intrested in a house sold by the owner, however the seller is listed with a broker, if we have an agent representing us the price of the house goes up by 3%. the seller has suggested a dual agent to us. who in this case pays for the dual agent. and how safe are we with this king of an arrangement as a buyer. kindly reply
