What if final walk through is not satisfactory?

It really depends on what part of it is not satisfactory. If you notice a major structural problem or infestation you might be able to pull out of the deal.

By the time you get to the final walk-through you should have already seen the house a few times. What sort of unsatisfactory things are you talking about?

If anything major is out of place, they may pull out. A final walkthrough is for the purpose of making sure the same appliances are there as the ones they saw in the viewing, things like doors and canopies still in tact, no water in the basement, broken windows, etc. Obviously, if your floor needs mopping, your toddler drew on the wall,, etc... things like that don't count.
