The house we are buying is new construction. It was inspected and the inspector noted things that needed to be fixed. The back door however he didn't mention. rnThe sunlight can be seen at the top of the closed door. It is difficult to lock/unlock and to open. Should this have been put in the inspection report? Do I need to do an indepth inspection myself during the final walkthrough, or just check for the things that are in the contract?
