i recently bought a home friday i made settlement, the sellers did not disclose that they had a piece of the land on their neighbors property. i was made to buy a house fast because the state took my house and it was beautiful. i am very unhappy and hate this house. i feel i was pushed into something that i really didnt want and now i am stuck with it. can i do anything about this or do i have to stay here and put it up for sale. linda ennis

Yes and this internet site is not where you would get that informaton. Contact each state Real Estate Commision to get accurate information.
