if a realter shows buyer property..buyer is the first to look at it offers full price .is the realter obligated to sell to that person or can she make her wait till she shows it again?

Subjects worth taking are economics, political science, math, statistics, more math and psycology. You can also go to the library and find your state's statutes on Real Estate and Realtor/Broker as a majority of state required tests focus on local laws and general practices. Consult with you guidance counselor for more information and for a proposed course outline. Good Luck in your journey!
