Morgan is pretty much in the same situation I am. My wife and I were married in Pennsylvania and we share no assets since she's been living in California for 18 yrs. I moved to Arizona from Pennsylvania four years ago. My divorce has been pending for eight years. Would my wife be entitled to the new home should I purchase one in Arizona?

It really depends on the area that you are in in San Diego. Check with local records at your town hall and see what homes in the area are going for.
