What is the homeowner (me) financially responsible for in a foreclosure. Do we have to pay for anything? I have no clue... Our home is in foreclosure now and is set to have a sale in April 2005. We have already moved out and our renting .

I believe you have to have a termite inspection within a 6-week period but absolutely no earlier than that.
