I am in Chpater thirteen and decided to sale my house, I sold it to an investment group supposedly. They have not paid my mortgage off or my second. I signed a quit claim, now one of the group has recorded the deed, they have pained the house and fixed the floors and have for sale sign on the house. Isn't something illegal here, also I have a purchase agreement. Supposedly they opened up escrow, called for demands, but have not paid them. The title was not clear, so how did he add his name without paying off the first and second?
