I'm trying to sell my cottage as a country house. It does not have running water and there are lots of bears around which are hazardous to health... Does anybody have any advice how to hide the facts about the water and the bears?

Some people like this sort of thing. Market your cottage as a "rustic getaway".

You can always put in utilities. It might be a good investment since the value of your property will significantly increase.
