MY SISTER, BROTHER AND MYSELF JUST INHERITED MY MOMS HOUSE . WE ARE PLANNING TO SELL THE HOUSE AFTER THE HOLIDAYS, DO WE HAVE TO SELLTHE HOUSE IN A CERTAIN TIME FRAME IN ORDER TO AVOID CAPITAL GAINS OR ARE WE RESPOSIBLE FOR THE CAPITAL GAINS TAXES AND IF SO WHAT IS THE AMOUNT . THE HOUSE IS WORHT ABOUT 350-400 THOUSAND

An 8yr divorce heh? Check with another PA divorce attorney as to the marital property laws in PA. I wouldn't use the same attorney though that has had you in an 8yr divorce!Good Luck & Happy New Year!
